Purposes of the data processing by the responsible entity and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. A transfer of your personal data to third parties doesn't take place. We disclose your personal data to third parties only, if:

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data minimisation. Therefore we save your personal data only as long as it’s necessary to achieve the above purposes or as long as the various retention periods last . After discontinuance of the respective purpose or expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data are routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Registration on our web site

On our website, we offer users the opportunity to register by providing personal information. The data will be transmitted to us via e-mail to mail (at) and also stored.

We use your provided information to process your enquiries. The data previously collected will be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary or after complete deletion of your customer account. However, we must observe any retention periods required under tax and commercial law. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by a message to the contact option mentioned below or via a designated function in the customer account.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and logfiles is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.  If you give your consent to this processing it is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

We use the Object Lightning Tool on our website. This tool is used to configure (assemble) light bands. For each calculation with the tool, a statistics record is written that contains the data that is downloaded there via a CSV file.

The following data is collected on database level:

  1. Timestamp (date / time)
  2. Link to the user account of the tool (e-mail address and, if necessary, customer number)
  3. Requested length
  4. Requested product group
  5. Used accessories

Your entries and data are protected with a SSL-encryption, which meets the current safety standard.

Contact form

If you choose to correspond with us through e-mail or contact form, you give us your consent for contacting you. Therefor a valid email address is required. With this information we can assign and answer the particular enquiry. Stating other information is optional. The information provided by you is stored for the purpose of processing the request, as well as for possible follow-up questions. Personal data are deleted automatically after completion of your requests.
